Interested in our interior design services but not located around Southlake, TX? Virtual Design includes floor plan development, materials selection, 2D design concept, virtual presentation, two rounds of reselects, and the shopping list. Available nationwide.
Designer For a Day
During this 4-hour in-home session in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we can help design, shop, or style your space. Includes a design report, design concept, shopping list, and a follow-up call within 30 days to make final touches.

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN PROCESS
Inquiry (2 weeks)
We start with a complimentary phone consult to get to know you, learn about your design project, and see if we’re a good fit for our interior design services. Next, we’ll schedule a one-hour in-home consult to review your space, take photos, measurements, and finalize design goals. Following our in-home consult in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you’ll receive a detailed design package and estimate. Upon approval of the design package, we’ll kick off the design phase.
Design (8-10 weeks)
This is where the fun begins. At the first of two design presentations we’ll review a floor plan and align on a design concept. At the second meeting, we’ll present a detailed proposal with 3D rendering, design concept, and material selection. Upon approval of the design concept, we’ll start making your design a reality.
Project management (10-12 weeks)
We procure all of your goods and partner with a white-glove receiving company for assembly and delivery. If needed, we communicate with your contractors and trades to assist with questions, and keep you up to date with weekly project status and product order reports.
Installation (1 week)
On installation day, we handle everything from arranging furniture to hanging artwork to styling your shelves so you can come home to a fully finished space. We’ll also take professional photographs for our portfolio. Our process ensures high-quality service, turn-key experience, and beautiful results you expect when hiring an interior designer.
VIRTUAL DESIGN PROCESS
Inquiry (2 weeks)
We start with a complimentary phone consult to get to know you, learn about your design project, and see if we’re a good fit for our interior design services. Next, we’ll send you a design questionnaire to get to know you. Once we receive your design questionnaire we’ll schedule a one hour zoom call to review the questionnaire, exchange photos, measurements, and finalize design goals. Following our zoom call we’ll send a detailed design package and estimate. Upon approval of the design package, we’ll kick off the design phase.
Design (3-5 weeks)
This is where the fun begins. At the first of two virtual design presentations we’ll review a floor plan and finalize a design direction. At the second meeting we’ll present a detailed proposal with 2D design concept and material selection. You may make three reselects within five business days of the design proposal. Upon approval of the design concept, we’ll send you a clickable shopping list of materials from both trade sources and retailers.
Support (1 week)
After your goods arrive we’re available for virtual installation and styling support to help you pull the room together and make final touches. We appreciate you sharing photography of the space for our portfolio. Our process ensures high-quality service, attention to detail, and beautiful results you expect when hiring an interior designer.
DESIGNER FOR A DAY PROCESS
Inquiry (1 week)
We start with a complimentary phone consult to get to know you, learn about your design project, and see if we’re a good fit for our interior design services. Following our call, we’ll exchange photos, measurements, finalize design goals, and send a design package and estimate. Upon approval of the design package, we’ll schedule our in-home 1-1 collaborative design session.
Design (1-3 days)
This is where the fun begins. We’ll work side by side to turn your design inspiration into reality. Depending on your goals we can spend our time creating a floor plan and design concept, selecting paint colors, sourcing furnishings, or styling your home. 48 hours after our session, we’ll deliver a design session summary, clickable shopping list (if applicable), and any floor plans, design concepts, or shared inspiration boards created.
Support (30 days)
We’re available for a complimentary 30-minute follow-up call within 30 days of our session for styling support and to help you make final touches. We appreciate you sharing photography of your beautiful, finished space for our portfolio. Our process ensures high-quality service, care, attention to detail, and results you expect when hiring an interior designer.
